This is an honor-based system built on trust, with no documentation required. Simply choose the level that allows you to receive care while helping us continue serving others in our community.

Standard (100%)

I am able to pay the standard fee.

This option may fit you if you generally:

Have stable employment or income.
Meet your monthly expenses without ongoing financial hardship.
Can afford discretionary spending such as dining out, entertainment, or travel.
Have savings or the ability to handle unexpected expenses.
Want to help support reduced-fee appointments for others.

Community Fee (75%)

I'd like to request the Community Fee.*

This option may fit you if you:

Are living on a limited or fixed income.
Have significant medical or caregiving expenses.
Are supporting dependents on a tight budget.
Can meet basic needs but have little financial flexibility.
Would otherwise delay or avoid nutrition care because of cost.

Access Fee (50%)

I'd like to request the Access Fee.*

This option may fit you if you are currently experiencing substantial financial hardship, such as:

Being unemployed or underemployed.
Receiving public assistance.
Being a student with limited income.
Recovering from a major life event or medical hardship.
Struggling to consistently afford housing, food, transportation, or healthcare.

If the Community Care rate remains financially challenging, we invite you to contact us. To make your care even more accessible, we may be able to arrange a recurring payment plan that works for both your budget and your treatment plan.

*Reduced-fee appointments are available for Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment, Essentials, and Lite packages, subject to availability.
Sliding Scale sessions are self-pay only and not eligible for superbill documentation or insurance reimbursement.

Fee level is selected at the beginning of care and generally remains the same throughout the agreed-upon service or package.

You may request a different fee level in the future if your financial circumstances change.

Because the Signature Care programs include ongoing support between visits and require additional clinician availability, they are offered at a standard rate.

Symphoneats reserves a limited number of reduced-fee appointments to ensure the program remains sustainable.
